The Cylinder Washing and Drying Unit, manufactured by MCB, is a system specifically designed to effectively remove excess water from cylinders after washing and to ensure thorough drying. The system consists of two main components: the stripping unit and the drying unit, both working together to eliminate water from the cylinders.
In the stripping unit, hot and pressurized air is blown through specially angled nozzles to strip off excess water. Subsequently, in the drying unit, hot air is blown onto the cylinders to achieve complete drying.

When the temperature in the drying unit reaches a certain level, the system automatically shuts off the steam line to prevent unnecessary steam consumption and minimize energy usage.
