Conveyor systems produced by MCB are used for transporting cylinders in the filling plant. Starting from the loading point and after stopping at all the necessary stops such as the filling machine, leak detector; the cylinders can be loaded automatically onto the truck using the telescopic conveyor.

Due to the various sections used in the systems, projects can be designed based on the needs of the facility.

Conveyors consist of a steel profile body, chain channels manufactured in accordance with the conveyor chain, steel wear plates placed in the channel, head pieces for section assembly, steel railing feet adjusted according to the cylinder height, steel pipe railings on the right and left, and height-adjustable section foot profiles.

Rotations to the desired directions are made possible due to conveyor sections designed and calculated, manufactured at angles ranging from 15 degrees to 120 degrees.

With years of experience, MCB successfully designs and manufactures many challenging conveyor applications, utilizing auxiliary equipment and return sections.
