With MCB’s Electronic Leak Detector, cylinder valves are tested electronically eliminating human error. This system plays a critical role in ensuring safety of cylinders in the filling line.

Fully-Automatic Leak Detector Usage

When the cylinders moving on the conveyor line reach the Leak Detection Machine, the cylinder is held by the machine, the test is automatically conducted and the cylinders continue on the conveyor line. Cylinders that fail the test are automatically removed from the line.

Manual Leak Detector Machine Usage:

Fixed Usage

The Manual Leak Detection Machine can be used stationary on the ground. Cylinders are manually brought to the front of the leak control machine and tested. Can be integrated with conveyor lines. When cylinders moving on the conveyor line reach the Leak Control Machine, the operator positions the leak detection head over the valve, the cylinder is tested, removed from the machine. Leaking cylinders are manually separated.

Integrated Usage with Conveyor Line

Cylinders move on the conveyor line, the operator places the test head on the valve and the test process is performed. The cylinders that pass the test continue on the line and the cylinders that do not pass are separated.
