The MCB Cylinder Painting Unit enables the automatic painting of cylinders. Having cylinders clean and painted extends the cylinder's lifespan and helps protect it optimally.

Cylinder painting units are installed on the conveyor line and operate entirely automatically. The system is controlled by PLC. Cylinders are rotated by a powerful hydraulic motor and effectively painted for 2 cycles.

Capacity of cylinder painting units:

  • 2 kg LPG cylinder painting unit = 1000-1400 cylinders/hour
  • 12 kg LPG cylinder painting unit = 1000-1200 cylinders/hour
  • 24 kg and 45 kg LPG cylinder painting unit = 300-400 cylinders/hour
