Cracks on the gasket located on the filling head of cylinders can lead to dangerous situations, such as gas leaks from inside the cylinder. The Gasket Removal Machine, which is installed on the filling line in LPG filling plants, allows for the unmanned removal of the gasket from the filling head of domestic cylinders using a pneumatic system.
This system, operating under PLC control, removes and releases the neck gasket.
It can operate fully automatically in conjunction with the Gasket Installation Machine and the Gasket Inspection Machine.
