CapacityWith the MCB Tare Control Machine, up to 500 cylinders can be tested per hour, allowing uninterrupted production flow.

 

As filled cylinders exit the carousel and move along the conveyor system, their weight is measured by an Ex-Proof load cell. Cylinders that fall outside the weight tolerance range are automatically removed from the line by a separation mechanism and prepared for refilling. Cylinders within the tolerance range continue along the conveyor line.
