Cylinder filling carousels offer highly effective solutions for filling LPG cylinders quickly and safely. These systems increase operational efficiency and safety, minimize human error and fully automate the filling process. The system carries out the transportation, filling and tracking operations at high speed, and also works integrated with the cylinder tracking system, allowing they cylinders to be tracked safely. 

A carousel selection can be made according to the current or planned capacity of your facility.

' Fully automatic – cylinders enter the carousel automatically via conveyor lines, cylinders are filled based on their tare, after filling cylinders are transferred back to the conveyor line auotmatically.

Carousel can be integrated to the cylinder tracking system, where cylinders are recognized by the system, all operations performed on the cylinder (maintenance, etc.) and its path are recorded in the database and can be tracked.
